Chapter Meetings create communities who gather together for support, action, reflection, and prayer in the spirit of the Beatitudes.
Chapter Members participate in social justice activities - either together as a chapter, or individually, or through engagement with other campus groups - and then bring those experience back to Beatitudes Society Chapter Meetings.
Why are Chapters at the Heart of The Beatitudes Society? Chapters offer a place to:
- Gather together on a regular basis
- Practice shared servant leadership
- Practice community-building skills
- Create foundations for a lasting network for social change
- Practice communicating progressive Christianity.
- Cooperate with other campus groups
